By 2030, the World Economic Forum projects:

→ Creative thinking
→ Curiosity and lifelong learning
→ Resilience, flexibility, and agility
→ Leadership and social influence

You do not need to start over.

You need to add AI capability to the leadership experience, business judgment, and industry knowledge you already have.

Your experience is not becoming obsolete.

But it must evolve.
